Asphalt Processing Plant

Leyletts has been designing, manufacturing and installing Asphalt Processing Plant and associated equipment for the quarrying industry since we began in 1977.

These include Asphalt Rotary Dryers and RAP Rotary Dryers and associated ancillaries comprising of replacement Lifters, Scrolls and End Paddles which in there harsh enviroment bear the brunt of the wear so are typically manufactured from wear/abrasion resistant steels.

We also manufacture Feed End and Discharge End Box's and Burner End Plates and often re-engineer them to facilitate better access and improve efficiency.

Asphalt Rotary Dryers sit on Trunion and Thrust Rollers and are Driven by Direct Drive or Over or under slung arrangment, so we manufacture in house Trunion and Thrust Rollers, Chain Necklaces and Sprockets for a speedy turnaround and are built for longevity and stress-free maintenance.
